The legacy passed on by many generations is essential for ARTURO SÁNCHEZJamones y Embutidos Ibéricos Arturo Sánchez Jamones y Embutidos Ibéricos Arturo Sánchez and separates us from the rest. The best and most precious lesson learnt from our ancestors is the artisan methods they applied to their products, which we have preserved to date and tried to improve: Adobo (seasoning sauce) made with spices and natural products, manually tied products, cold cuts and loins dried in the heat of a Holm oak wood fire (campana)...painstaking work to enhance the quality of the raw materials used.

Accordingly, all of our products are dried in secaderos (natural drying room) and natural cellars, with the cold air from the nearby mountain ranges of Gredos and Bejar. The windows are manually opened and closed daily to allow a gentle airflow for a slow maturation; this is when the hams begin to acquire their characteristic and unique taste.
